A 60-min journey to drop & rest into our essential presence – the one that is always available to us and that appears when we pause, slow down, and soften to what is already here.

Yin Yoga & Sonic Explorations
A cosy fall/winter afternoon Yin Yoga class, to soften and expand in one’s own sense of presence.
Let yourself melt with the Sonic explorations of curated ambient playlists and/or singing bowls in the studio.

Embodied Sundays
A 90-min journey to drop & rest into our essential presence – the one that is always available to us and that appears when we pause, slow down, and soften to what is already here.

Mindful Stretching & Meditation (mornings)
A soft and mindful, yet invigorating way to start the day. We practice some slow and conscious movements, followed by a guided mindfulness meditation in stillness.
All levels welcome, bring your own mat.

Morning park meditation
Starting the day cultivating presence together, in the green.
Thursday morning 8:30-9:15. We meet at 8:20 at the park entrance on Hasenheide/Jahnstraße.
Outdoor morning guided mindfulness meditation, surrounded by the beautiful nature in our city.

Yin Yoga for embodied presence
Every Monday evening at Vea Studio, 20:00-21:15. Open to all levels.
A time and space to slow down and ground in presence with the support of yin yoga poses and meditative explorations.

Ambient Sound Meditation
Join us (Cornelia & Léa) for a relaxing and soothing time, transforming Oona Bar into a cocoon for restoration and collective care – using music as a medium to access our ability to feel.
We’ll travel through a guided meditation and an ambient sound journey.

Yin Yoga Sundays (on special dates)
Yin cosy Sundays at Vea Studio, 18:30-20:00. Last class on March 19, 2023.

Mindfulness meditation meets Touch. A summer afternoon of deep exploration, slowing down, and opening up in the lush Silent Rixdorf garden. In collab’ with massage therapist Cornelia T.

Mindful eating _ a sensory exploration in the garden
In collaboration with cook Mariana di Paola, this workshop combines meditative practices and active explorations to discover the possibilities of sensory presence. Includes a 3-course vegan dinner.

Foundations of mindfulness meditation
Tuesdays 18:00 - 20:00 on Zoom (and possibly outdoors in Berlin, TBC)
An introductory course to mindfulness meditation for beginners or meditators looking to establish a more regular practice. Each week, we’ll explore a different topic with talks, guided meditations, questions & reflections, and a home practice to integrate.

PRESENT TOGETHER
Wednesdays 18:00 - 19:30
A 6-week course for women/womxn for inner discovery and connection.
Together, we will reconnect to our innate sense of presence on a weekly basis, with the support of an in-person women’s group.

A time and space to meditate together in silence. Every Wednesday morning, I will hold space with the intention of offering a supportive set-up for your personal practice.
