This weekly summer class is an invitation to start the day fully inhabiting our bodies and (re-)connecting to the present moment. Taking the time to meditate in the morning can help us lay the grounds to navigate our day with more awareness.
In this 45’ class we’ll explore different guided mindfulness practices together, flowing from stillness practices, into walking meditation & gentle movement. Or the other way around :)
No prior experience is required. Let’s get present and playful together, we already spend a lot of time in our lives being so serious.
About PoP - Léa

Léa is a trained mindfulness meditation facilitator (The Dream Haus Berlin, Mindfulness Training Institute) currently expanding her explorations in the field of embodiment and somatic practices (Fluentbody Academy, Somatische Akademie).
The perspective-shifting insights Léa encountered in her personal practice, as well as the knowledge and experience she gained in her trainings feed her genuine motivation to hold space for contemplative & explorative practices.
As best she can, Léa aims to do so in an accessible, playful and inclusive way that encourages putting aside perfectionism, rigid norms and performance of any kind.

COVID hygiene measures

○ Please wear a mask when you enter and until you are seated at a fix spot. Please wear a mask unless you are on your mat.
○ Please keep 1,5m distance to the other students and facilitator during the class.
○ Please wash your hands when arriving in the space.
○ Please bring a negative Corona test (no older than 24h)
Or a proof that you have been cured from Corona (a positive and a negative Corona test no older than 6 months)
Or that you have already received both Corona vaccinations and that the second one is older than two weeks.
○ Please don’t come if you have any covid symptoms.
The window will be open regularly to bring in some good fresh air into the space.
