Let's start the day cultivating presence together, surrounded by urban nature. Bringing curiosity to the inner and outer landscapes that compose our present-moment experience. With a touch of playfulness of course :).
Under the trees, lying down on the grass, feeling the touch of air on our skin.
Open to all, no previous knowledge in meditation needed. Bring a cup for some tea and something to sit/lie down on if you prefer this than the grass.
MEETING POINT & TIME
📍We meet at 08:20 at the entrance of the park on Hasenheide/Jahnstr. From there, we walk to the practice spot together.
