We – Léa & Cornelia – warmly invite you to join us for a summer afternoon of deep exploration, slowing down, and opening up in the lush Silent Rixdorf garden.
Bringing together our knowledge from the fields of mindfulness meditation & massage therapy, we’ll guide practices to connect and allow ourselves to feel, peel off the layers, and tune into our senses. Through a series of guided mindfulness meditations and touch-based exercises, we will dive into new channels of our physical and conscious bodies. We will also explore sensory dimensions in contact with others and our vegetal surroundings.
During this 3-hour-workshop, we’ll navigate different formats of exploration, in stillness or in movement around the garden, individual or partner exercises*, as well as some optional sharing about our experiences. In a way, everything is optional if it doesn't feel right for you at that moment. However, we encourage each of us to explore slightly unknown territories to perhaps discover unsuspected beauty and treasures.

ABOUT Cornelia & Léa
—
Cornelia’s interest for touch and bodywork began with her dance training, especially in partner work and contact improvisation. She experienced how two bodies can connect and flow together and how our senses and perceptions are heightened through this. This led her to the field of massage and bodywork. The subtleties of working with muscle, tissue, touch, and how small adjustments on a physical/spiritual/energetic level can bring about big changes and connection to the self is what draws her to those practices.
Léa is a trained mindfulness meditation facilitator currently expanding her explorations in the field of embodiment and somatic practices. The perspective-shifting insights Léa encountered in her personal practice, as well as the knowledge and experience she gained in her trainings feed her genuine motivation to hold space for contemplative & explorative practices. As best she can, Léa aims to do so in an accessible, playful and inclusive way that encourages putting aside perfectionism, rigid norms and performance of any kind.
