CLASS DESCRIPTION
Let’s start the day gently awakening our bodies and minds. Join me for a 60-min outdoor morning session (EN) blending soft movement, stillness- & walking meditation – surrounded by urban nature, discovering the inner and outer landscapes that compose our present-moment experience.
Under the trees, lying down on the grass, feeling the touch of air on our skin.
Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class.

ABOUT ME
Training in the fields of awareness and embodiment practices for the last 4 years, I aspire to create classes for people to get more familiar with their bodily life and discover new perspectives of experiences. My classes are a playful, inclusive, and engaging blend of exercises. They are tasteful journeys through stillness and movement practices to discover this wonderland called Presence – being in the here and now in a very practical, embodied way.
In my research and facilitation, I explore with a kind twist "What can we discover when we slow down and take a break from mental concepts, to dive deeper into sensory presence?”.
Léa is a trained and certified Mindfulness meditation, Yin Yoga, and Fluentbody (free-form movement) facilitator.
