3 Facilitators with rich different backgrounds sharing the same intention : offering meditation on a weekly basis to experience presence more fully. Each week, one of us will hold space and welcome you.
PRESENTATION
Let’s start the week slowing down. Venturing into stillness and quality. Into our present moment experience. Into the simplicity of being.
In this hour we explore different guided mindfulness practices, seated, lying down & in gentle movement.
No prior experience is required, open to everybody.
CURIOSITY & RESPECT for yourself and other participants represent central values of our space.

○ 19:30-20:30 - Please arrive 5 minutes in advance
○ Bring comfortable clothes/pants
○ Please bring a TOWEL/BLANKET to wrap around the meditation cushion. If possible, please bring your own yoga mat.
ABOUT US
Julia is the founder of rolling tiger, an Ayurveda Business, dealing with the topics Hormonal Balance, Feminine Healing and Meditation.
Alice is a trauma-sensitive yoga and mindfulness facilitator with over 8 years of experience. She has undertaken training in the Trauma-Centre Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) method, mindfulness, Buddhist meditation practices and mindful communication.
Léa is the founder of Perspestives of Presence; a concrete invitation to take a break from the speed and quantity. Venturing into slowness and, perhaps, into depth. Into the present moment experience and into a sense of Being.
