Open to absolutely everybody, no prior knowledge is required – only a dash of curiosity to witness your actual experience in your mind, your body and around you – in each moment. ___

Let’s peel off the crusted and perhaps touch deeper layers. Let’s put aside the busyness. Let’s create vastness to be here for our experience. Let’s open to the possibility of leaving memories in the past and plans in the future, just for a few instants. ___
